Digestion · Fatigue · Inflammation
The practitioners. The lab panels that came back "normal." The elimination diets, the cleanses, the drawer full of supplements. You did everything right and you still feel worse than when you started. There is a reason, and it is not your discipline.

Why everything you tried made it worse
Not because you didn't try hard enough. Because they were solving the wrong problem, and some of them were quietly adding to it.
Parasite protocols and detoxes attack what is growing in the mess without fixing what created it. Leave a mess in your kitchen and bugs show up. They didn't cause it. Poison them and they come back.
Every food you remove, the list gets longer. Restriction manages a symptom while the real damage continues. That is not a plan. It is a countdown.
More panels, more supplements to buy, more labels that name the symptom and never explain it. A test shows your body's current adaptive state. It cannot tell you what your body needs.
And when it didn't work, they told you to try harder. You did not fail those protocols. They failed you.
The problem your diagnosis is hiding
Most of the people I work with arrive with a label and no explanation. IBS. Fibromyalgia. Colitis. PMDD. Unexplained. A name for what you feel, and nothing about what is driving it.
In my experience, the thread underneath is almost always the same. A body stuck in survival mode, running on stress hormones, with iron it can no longer regulate properly. That is what keeps generating the inflammation your labs keep finding and your specialists keep shrugging at.
It is not your hormones alone. It is not your age. It is not your willpower. And once you can see it, everything you have been experiencing finally lines up.
I explain the whole thing in a free class. No cost, nothing to buy, and it will make more sense of your symptoms than any appointment you have paid for.

These are real clients sharing their own experiences. Individual results vary and depend on your starting point and your consistency with the program. Nothing here is a promise of a particular medical outcome.
Why me
Lyme. Accutane as a kid. Years of antihistamines and allergy shots. Then I started doing all the "healthy" things and got worse, because nobody ever talked about iron, or what it had to do with my inflammation and every symptom I had.
I tested every diet, cleanse, and protocol. Plant-based, gluten-free, herbalism, Chinese medicine, antibiotics until I felt like I was going to die. Every "solution" taught me to fight my body and fear food. It took me years to piece it together.
The turn came when I stopped believing my body was broken and understood it was doing exactly the right thing for the circumstances it had been given. Change the circumstances and you change the response. That is the whole of it, and it is what I do now with people who have been told they are out of options.

Questions people ask before they start
Normal labs rule out disease. They do not explain how you function. Standard panels are read to exclude diagnoses, not to assess whether your body has what it needs. It is very common to be told everything looks fine while feeling anything but, because the test is answering a different question than the one you are living with.
This is the most common objection I hear, and it's the most important misunderstanding.
A standard iron panel measures the iron in your blood. Your blood is the delivery system. It is not where the damage is happening.
When your body is inflamed, it does something clever and protective: it pulls iron out of circulation and locks it away inside your cells and tissues, trying to starve pathogens of the iron they need to grow. That's driven by a hormone called hepcidin, and it's well documented in the medical literature.
Which leaves you with a cruel piece of arithmetic. Your blood iron reads low, or perfectly normal. Your tissue iron keeps quietly climbing. The worse the inflammation, the better your labs can look.
Medicine already has a name for this. It's called anemia of chronic inflammation. It is not iron deficiency. It's iron in the wrong place.
That is the signature, and it's worth taking seriously. You may not have reacted badly to iron. The iron may have gone exactly where the problem already was.
Ferritin muddies it further. Ferritin is supposed to tell you how much iron you have stored, but it also rises in response to inflammation on its own, regardless of what you're actually carrying. So a normal ferritin means nobody looks further, and a high one gets waved away as "just inflammation." Either way you leave with nothing.
One of my clients is a physician. He put it better than I can: "Anemia doesn't mean deficiency. It just means it's not showing up where we're testing." His own inflammation marker was over 250. It's now undetectable, and when the inflammation came down, his iron went up on its own.
If you're taking iron your doctor prescribed, don't stop it because of a web page. Take this conversation to them.
Most protocols work by subtraction. Removing foods, fasting, cleansing, and detoxing can create short-term relief, but they never address what created the problem. So the list of foods you cannot eat gets longer instead of shorter, and the real driver keeps going. That is not a failure of your discipline. It is a limitation of the approach.
No. The whole approach is built on nourishment rather than restriction. You eat food your family eats. No meal-replacement shakes, no separate plate, and usually fewer supplements than you are taking right now.
Testing is not the starting point, and supplements are not the business. Most people arrive having already paid for extensive testing that produced no plan. We start by changing the conditions your body is operating under, because that is what allows it to regulate again.
The core program runs three months. Many people notice changes in energy, digestion, and sleep within the first few weeks. It varies a great deal depending on where you are starting from and how long this has been building, and anyone who promises you a timeline without knowing your history is guessing.
Yes. The same root cause shows up at every age, and the approach is designed so an entire household can eat the same way. Several of my clients came to me for their child first.
Ready to stop guessing
Not a sales call. A look at what you've already tried, why it didn't work, and what your body actually needs.
We go through it. The practitioners, the tests, the diets, the supplements. What each one cost you, and what it actually changed.
I'll show you where each approach went wrong for your situation specifically, and what was being missed every time.
You leave with a clear picture of what's driving this. If we're a fit to work together we'll talk about that. If not, you still leave with the map.
Takes about two minutes. If it's a fit, you'll pick a time on the next screen.
